Industrial asset infrastructure

Infrastructure finance,
verified barrel by barrel

BRRL connects modular refinery projects with structured capital and verifiable operating data.

Technology, verification and reporting infrastructure. Project investments are structured through separate legal entities and regulated channels.

The project model

Capital follows the asset.
Evidence follows the operation.

BRRL is designed for project-specific modular refinery financing. Each project separates asset ownership, refinery operations and BRRL’s data and reporting role.

BRRL’s initial role

Project onboarding, data integration, verification, reconciliation and reporting. BRRL does not operate the refinery, hold product title or control investor funds.

Two distinct layers

Operational evidence and financial rights stay separate

The separation keeps the data layer clear and the project economics governed by the correct legal documents.

01 Non-tradable

Digital Barrel

A verified record of one qualifying physical barrel accepted and processed by a participating refinery.

  • Source, grade, batch and timestamp
  • Received and processed volume
  • Yield, revenue and contractual deductions
  • Evidence, exceptions and reconciliation status

A Digital Barrel is evidence. It is not oil title, a delivery right or an investment instrument.

02 Regulated

Project Interest

A legally documented interest in one project AssetCo. It may be represented digitally only within an approved structure.

  • Project-specific debt or preferred equity
  • Investor eligibility and KYC controls
  • Permissioned ownership and transfer records
  • Distributions governed by the project waterfall

No public token sale, guaranteed return or unrestricted secondary trading is implied.

Project lifecycle

One operating record from diligence to distributions

BRRL creates continuity across the project lifecycle so that technical milestones, operating data and financial reporting refer to the same underlying asset.

01Project structure

Asset, contracts and roles mapped before capital is deployed

BRRL connects project diligence, equipment scope, the operating model and participant responsibilities in one controlled project record.

Evidence set
  • Project company and ownership
  • Equipment scope and commercial terms
  • Operator, feedstock and offtake framework

US reference landscape

Modular capacity depends on the project configuration

Public examples show that US modular specialists cover very different scopes, from compact crude distillation units to multi-train refinery developments.

BRRL remains technology-agnostic. Final capacity, product slate, guarantees and delivery scope must come from the selected manufacturer and project engineering package.

These companies are referenced as independent public market examples only. BRRL does not claim affiliation, endorsement or a supplier relationship.

Project participants

A shared record for parties with different responsibilities

01

Manufacturers

Connect equipment scope, fabrication milestones, delivery, commissioning and warranty evidence to the financed project.

02

Project sponsors and operators

Maintain an auditable operating record while preserving responsibility for permits, safety and plant performance.

03

Capital providers

Receive project-level reporting supported by verified physical and commercial data.

04

Verification partners

Inspect, reconcile and attest to defined project evidence under controlled permissions.

Project development

Bring a real asset.
Build a financeable record.

BRRL is preparing its first project architecture with manufacturers, operators and capital partners.
